Liz is a banking and finance lawyer who also advises on company and commercial law. Liz acts for a number of non-bank lenders in respect of property finance, project finance, enforcement of securities and corporate finance.
Liz has more than 20 years experience in banking, finance, company and commercial law. Liz acts for individuals, small to medium size business owners, non-bank lenders and has acted as in- house counsel for a large retail bank in London. Liz also works in company and commercial law including business acquisitions and dispositions, due diligence, shareholder agreements, leases, supply and distribution agreements and general commercial law.
